Raretone Studio

1. Bookings

All bookings must be made online and paid in full at time of reservation.
A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
Your room access PIN will be sent via Telegram or Email 10–15 minutes before your session start time.

All sales are final. Refunds are not granted for change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or no-shows.
Refunds are considered only under exceptional circumstances, including:
— Medical emergency (valid Medical Certificate required)
— Bereavement of immediate family member (supporting document required)
Approved refunds will be issued as wallet credit only, not cash or card reversal.
All refund requests must be submitted via Telegram or Email before the session start time, with supporting documents attached.
Raretone Studio reserves the right to approve or reject any refund request at its sole discretion.

Your session starts at your booked time regardless of arrival.
Room power will be automatically cut at session end time. No extensions will be granted.
Time lost due to late arrival is non-refundable.

Maximum occupancy per room must be observed at all times.
No food or drinks near equipment.
No smoking, vaping, or consumption of illegal substances on premises.
Treat all equipment with care. Report any faults immediately via Telegram or Email.

Users are liable for damage caused by negligence or misuse.
Pre-existing damage must be reported before your session begins via Telegram or Email. Failure to do so may result in you being held responsible.
Damage costs will be assessed and invoiced separately.

Raretone Studio is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings left on premises.

Your room access PIN is unique to your booking. Do not share it with anyone outside your group.
The PIN is active from 10 minutes before your session and expires at session end time.
Unauthorised access, PIN sharing beyond your group, or tailgating is a breach of these T&Cs and may result in permanent account suspension.

We reserve the right to terminate a session without refund for disruptive, unsafe, or illegal behaviour.
Repeated violations will result in account suspension.

Raretone Studio reserves the right to update these T&Cs at any time. Continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
